We undertook a leasehold technical due diligence report to inform the tenant of their potential risks in taking a long lease of the premises, we advised of the future dilapidations requirements and the suitability of the proposed fit out. We then completed a schedule of condition to be appended to the lease to establish the condition of the premises at the start of the term. Once the lease was signed we managed the fit out works which includes retail space and golf simulators.
